Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates & Times

Orders are shipped with the carrier that offers the best rates for the size and shipping location of your package.

United States:

Delivery: 1–5 business days

Shipping: $5 for orders under $50

Free shipping on orders $50+

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package from our hands to yours.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. Once a package is handed to the carrier, Love, Boba Babe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can help file a claim.
